Buck Barfield and I were good friends in grammar school . He was a tough kid.   I have many  memories of Buck from grammar school days, however we went separate ways , so to speak, when we left the 6th grade for  Jr. High.  I held him in high regard  when in High School, although we had little close contact. I still have pleasant memories of Buck.
